About Us

Crystal Peak Realty was founded by long-time Copper Mountain homeowners.  Rich Rapp and Jason McKillop.  Both Rich and Jason have lived at Copper and worked in the management of vacation properties at the Resort for over 20 years. During that time both have focused on providing property and rental management services for Copper’s homeowners while, at the same time, welcoming and providing guest services for thousands of visitors to Copper Mountain. Through this experience Rich and Jason have gained an in-depth knowledge of real estate investment, property management, and the lodging industry at Copper Mountain.

The goal of Crystal Peak Realty at Copper is to provide an honest, knowledgeable, and low pressure real estate service.  Our primary focus is to offer superior customer service based on a wealth of knowledge and experience.  

Crystal Peak Realty is conveniently located within the Copper Vacations office at the Snowbridge Square building in Copper’s Center Village.
